IRB - IACUC - IBC

Faculty, Staff & Students who submit protocols to IRB, IACUC and/or IBC:

Come July, we are changing the platform used to submit protocols to these review committees.

All the committees [Social & Behavioral (including Exempt) IRB, Biomedical/Clinical IRB, main campus & medical campus IACUC’s, and main campus & medical campus IBC’s] will transition to the new OneAegis platform in July.

For those who currently submit to the Biomedical/Clinical IRB, or medical campus IACUC this will probably not be much of a change although there are some changes to the forms currently being used, and also the processing procedures.

For those who submit to the Social & Behavioral (including Exempt) IRB, main campus IACUC’s, and main campus & medical campus IBC’s this will all be new.

Come mid-June the various committees will be asking that materials not be submitted to the current platform. Further details will follow.  

We will be arranging training as soon as possible after we go live – watch for details.
